Q. i'd like to keep in under $150. how big should it be and is it really worth it to buy a full 1080p monitor instead of an lcd?
just found out that lcd monitors are 1080p. so i just wanna know how important size is. i'd like to have it at least 19 inches.

A. well i have a hp 2159m its 21.5 inches its amazing!!! i love it but for some thing for you i would just go to best buy.com they have alot of them and go to monitors and then go to 2o and under but any of these companies would be good acer, hp, dell, toshiba compaq is ok, and e machines is lower end hope i helped!

Q. I just recently broke the monitor on my Dell 1501 inspiron notebook. It is totally shot i cant see a thing. I tried the website but its not under warranty. I was wondering how much it will cost for me to replace and where i can send it besides dell. I just want to get a quick price.
A. Depends if you have the 14.1" or 15.4" LCD. You should be able to get a new 14.1 on eBay for around $150, a 15.4 for $185. Slightly more for the TrueLife screen. Installation at a computer/laptop repair shop shouldn't run more than $50-60.
