Q. My Dell Monitor is an LCD monitor with a glass pane over the top. Some dirt got behind the glass screen and I was wondering how I would go about either cleaning it like it is or how to take off the glass pane to clean it like that.
There has to be a way to clean the glass panel. It's not attached to the screen directly so there's no reason for it to damage it

Should I clean a glossy-coated LCD monitor with ammonia-free Windex?
Q. I tried cleaning my LCD monitor with water alone, but it doesn't work: it's still dirty and dusty. Many people have recommended to not use Windex because it has ammonia, but I have the ammonia-free solution. Should I clean it with this? Also, what type of cloth should I use?

A. I prefer to stick with water alone. If that's not working, water with the tiniest amount possible of a mild dish soap might cut the grease a bit better.
