Which display type is the best for PC monitor, tablet and touchscreen phone?

Q. Please, guys tell me which tecnology type of display is the best for PC monitor, tablet and touchscreen phone?

A. The best for a PC monitor is an LED-backlit LCD screen. Most screens are flourescent backlit, and that is fine, too. Pretty much any flatscreen monitor you pick up will fall into these two categories.

Actually.. this is pretty much going to be the best display for all devices at the moment. You might be able to find a small device that uses an OLED (organic light emitting diode) screen - they are -awesome-, but not in high production yet and their cost shows it. Sony was selling an 11" OLED TV that was over $2,000. However, in the future I suspect that pretty much all phones, tablets, and TVs will switch to be using it.

Is it possible to get dual monitors with just one iMac?
Q. I have an iMac here with a really great PC Monitor. Is it possible to get a cable from my iMac to that monitor and have two workspaces? Or does this require a whole nother machine?
Also, what kind of cable is it?

A. If you have one of the previous-generation Intel-powered iMac, it should have a miniDVI port. You need to buy a miniDVI-to-DVI adapter or a miniDVI-to-VGA adapter from Apple to connect it to your PC monitor to run dual monitors.

If you have the latest iMac with the new LED-backlit LCD display, it has a miniDisplayPort. You will need to buy a miniDisplayPort-to-DVI or miniDisplayPort-to-VGA adapter from Apple to connect it to your PC monitor.

Hope this helps.
