A. Its an old system old processor old graphics card and you may get $100 for this but more than likely $50 .

Is there a chance that this busines idea of mine could work? 10 points for best details?

Q. I was thinking of buying LCD monitors (around 22 inches) and placing them inside popular cafes or stores (while giving the owner some money, ofcourse) and then letting other businesses place a small 10 seconds advertisements on those screens for a fee.

Is there a chance that this idea could work?

A. They already have these in some stores. I suggest adding something like the news as well since most people won't pay for ads.
Here are some other ideas:
- Look in Burger King (Some have tv's like this) with ads
- Put their menu playing between ads
- Temperature
- Webcams(earth cam feeds) or security cameras.
Also I recommend hiring a programmer for this.
Depending on your budget this might end up being expensive.
Good idea though!
