Q. I was thinking of buying LCD monitors (around 22 inches) and placing them inside popular cafes or stores (while giving the owner some money, ofcourse) and then letting other businesses place a small 10 seconds advertisements on those screens for a fee.
Is there a chance that this idea could work?

A. They already have these in some stores. I suggest adding something like the news as well since most people won't pay for ads.
Here are some other ideas:
- Look in Burger King (Some have tv's like this) with ads
- Put their menu playing between ads
- Temperature
- Webcams(earth cam feeds) or security cameras.
Also I recommend hiring a programmer for this.
Depending on your budget this might end up being expensive.

How do you know if there is a power source near your computer?
Q. like i have one and its a power surge thingy but its on my wood floor and my desktop lcd monitor is on my wooden desktop. im seeing these fuzzy circles, how do you make a monitor quality brand new again? like any programs to make it new? my laptop is fine
A. A power source means a place to plug it in.
Like an electrical outlet, or power bar with surge protection.
They would not be in business long if they made monitors that could be made "brand new again", now would they...
