A. Obviously I can't vouch for them if they are trustworthy or if they have good customer support. However I have heard about them for some time now even though I have never owned one myself. They seem pretty good from what seen in stores and magazines. I haven't heard anything bad about them.
It's all a matter of preference and brand name. If you don't care about brand names they should be just as good as most of the top names out there but without the high prices of the brand names. If you get a good deal on one I say go for it. Just look for the specs that is the most important. Most monitors should last for years if you take care of them.

Auria EQ236 1080p 23.6in - 180USD
resolution is a bet smaller, if you prefer to have icons and screen images to be a bit larger.
corsair 6GB ddr3 1600 is around $150
gigabyte ud3's are around $200
