What is the best 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 monitor for under $200?

Q. I'm looking for the best 1920x1080 or 1029x1200 monitor. It is preferred that the monitor is 23" or above, bigger is better. Also I'm looking for one with a dvi connection(not hdmi unless it comes with a dvi to hdmi cable). Finally, it is preferred that the response time to be 5ms or less, shorter is better. Thanks.

A. I would recommend this:

Its a LG W2353V-PF 23" LCD Monitor HDMI Full HD 1080P, at $199.99
Native Resolution: 1920 x 1080
Pixel Pitch: 0.266mm (Smaller is better, clearer images)
Contrast Ratio: 50000:1 (Higher the contrast, the better)
Response Time: 2ms (That's really fast)
Connectors: D-Sub, DVI-D, HDMI, one each
Speakers: Unfortunately no, but speakers that comes with monitors are no surprise weak & low watt anyway.

Most importantly, i'm using the LG monitor for the past 6 months, more than 12hrs a days straight, not given me any problem, color is as vibrant as the day I bought it.

What Monitor would be the great for Video Games?
Q. I was thinking ethier a 17'' or 19'' Monitor that is under 200 dollars.

A. Well, I'm going to keep your price and needs in mind for this one.

You want an LCD; their easier on the eyes, use less power, and use less space. You want to get one with good brightness (at least 300 cmd/m2) and a response time that is 8ms or less. Otherwise, you get "ghosting", which is blur from cheaper LCD's. You'll want one with DVI; it's much clearer than VGA. Make sure that your video card has it (white plug); otherwise, just use the VGA (blue).

My recommendation? It isn't $200, but it's close enough and the quality is worth it:
