Is there any software to convert normal LCD monitor to 3D?

Q. Is there any software to convert normal LCD monitor to 3D or is it to buy a new TV with 3D option.. I read somewhat that it is just a software that can convert monitor to 3D. is it true?

A. Absolutely untrue.

Those 3D-ready LCD monitors have DVI or HDMI ports that can receive a 120Hz video signal. Normal LCD monitors top out at 60Hz only-- They are BUILT that way and no software can ever change that.

Is holding one wallpaper all the time burn the monitor or at least some pixels in it?
Q. Hi.
I wanted to ask a question about the computer's wallpaper.
If I never change it can it cause damage to my computer or burn some pixels in my monitor (the black little squares that appear in some monitors)?
I have an LCD monitor if that helps answering my question,

Thanks in advance.

A. First of all, burned pixels are actually called dead pixels and they are caused by the manufacturing process of LCD's. so if you dont have any dead pixels within the first month or so of using your monitor, you should'nt ever get any.

if you have any screensaver or if you have your monitor turn off after a ceertain amount of time. (for example i have my screensaver turn on after 5 mins of inactivity and my monitor turn off after 20), it shouldnt cause any real damage.

but assuming your monitor stays on all the time, and you have the screensaver turned off,it wont "burn" pixels, but it will make them "tired" or "fatigued". meaning they wont display the right color.

for example if a pixel is always displaying a brighter color, it will eventuall show up darker than it is supposed to, and if it is a light colored pixel it will show up darker than it is supposed to.

bu if you have a screensaver on, it should save your screen from "tired" Pixels.(hence the name screensaver"
