Please recommend a 19 inch (1280 x 1024) computer monitor under $200?

Q. It will be used mostly for writing. So it needs to display text very well. It will also be used for occasional photo editing. Good color quality would also be helpful.

A. Any used CRT monitor that's in good condition. The Samsung SyncMaster series is good, and ViewSonic E90 I would recommend if you can find them. I suggest CRT rather than LCD for color quality and photo editing, and many 19 inch CRT monitors can display 1600 x 1200 with no problem; unfortunately no one makes them anymore, but many people think they're upgrading by getting a LCD monitor and are willing to give away their CRT or sell it at a reasonable price.

Quality: HD and good dpi
Size: Bigger than 15inch.
Response time: Good as it will be used for casual gaming
Maybe with Freeview or something like that
