How big of a power supply would I need for my gaming pc build?

Q. This is every single part to my build including the power supply. It's a 500w PSU and I'm not sure if it is enough.

CPU-AMD A6-5400K Trinity 3.6GHz

RAM-G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600 Mhz

XFX AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card FX775AZNP4;FX-775A-ZNP4

Motherboard-MSI FM2-A55M-E33 FM2

HDD-Western Digital WD Blue 250 GB

CM Storm Enforcer - Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 Ports (SGC-1000-KWN1)

DVD Drive- Black SATA 24X DVD Burner

Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500w Power Supply (RS500-PCARD3-US)

ASUS VS197D-P 18.5-Inch HD LCD Monitor

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit (OEM) System Builder DVD 1 Pack

Medialink- 150Mbps Wireless N USB Adapter

Also, I know I did not have to provide all of those parts but I did just in case. If someone could provide me with an answer that would be great. If I am missing anything that is required for the computer please let me know, this will be my first build but I am pretty sure I have everything.

A. Use a power supply calculator like this one:

Vaguely your specs would require a good 400-500W power supply

How to have 2 external monitors on my HP Laptop?
Q. I have an HP Pavilion DV6, running windows 7. Also, I have to LCD monitors I wish to connect to it. I know I cannot have the laptop screen AND the 2 monitors, so I closed the laptop lid and now I have only my 2 monitors (Connected with a VGA splitter). They can only duplicate the screen and the computer does not recognize that I have two separate monitors connected. How d oI creat two separate work spaces on these monitors?

A. Go into your display settings and set your laptop to extend your desktop onto these monitors. Then you should be able to manage them separately. I'm not sure if a VGA splitter is going to allow you to use them as two separate distinct monitors as they're getting the same feed and splitting it to both monitors.

You'd have to use something like a monitor breakout box to accomplish this. See something like the eVGA external video box (http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-100-U2-UV16-A1-Supporting-1600x1200-Resolution/dp/B00191GZ8U) or use a port replicator with dual monitor support (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834999420)
