A. Buy a CRT monitor. Be happy you guys still have them. The picture quality is better anyway.

Q. I'm looking to purchase an LCD monitor (21.5, 22 or 23 inch) with 1080p 16:9 res. Refresh rate of 2ms is preferable but not mandatory. The Samsung XL2370 or PX2370 which I surely would have purchased is not available in India. Right now I'm looking at the Dell SP2309W. But the issue with that resolution is much higher than 1080p which is large for a 23 inch monitor.
A. The following list provides prices of monitors with a resolution depth of 1920x1080 http://www.priceguide.in/monitor-resolution/1920x1080/. The Samsung P2350 and Acer V233H are 23 inch monitors where as the rest are 21.5 inches. Probably check out their specifications and see if they meet your requirements?
