why does my LCD screen have lag time when I use it as a PC monitor?

Q. I connected my new LCD screen into my xbox. Works fantastic. Works fantastic with the Blue ray player I just bought and TV. The only issue I have is when I use it as a monitor for my PC. It lags just a tiny bit. This TV is brand new, I just don't get it? How can I get it to work just as great as everything else?

A. Monitors are made with low input lag times, I don't know why this is not the case for TVs but I assume that it's because PC is more for hardcore gamers who play seriously. Maybe the input lag from a controller to the xbox is lower than that of a mouse. Another thing is FPS, if you get low fps on a game you will suffer lag on your display device. Sorry I couldnt be certain but it might be worth getting a budget monitor

How do I get more refresh rate options...monitor drivers?
Q. I have an LG L1732TQ monitor and its lagging really bad on high content websites. I just upgraded to a new desktop so I'm guessing I need drivers for it? Anybody have them?
The page will completely load but when i scroll up and down the page will jump slowly from spot to spot not just scroll smoothly.

A. What do you mean by lagging? Refresh rates don't really matter on lcd monitors since "lcd refresh rates" are totally different from "crt refresh rates." Perhaps you're experiencing input lag?
