Q. I want to buy a 22 inch wide screen LCD monitor for viewing movies. My budget is $ 350. I want high quality picture. So what monitor do I buy?
A. Important things to look at are the resolution, brightness, and response time. The response time is more for games but it would seem logical that a faster response time equals smoother video. the resolution in my opinion is by far the most important although ther is no point in high resolution if the screen is dim. :)

A. Go to newegg.com they have really cheap ones there or also dell has refurbnished dell monitors for cheaper
