Alright that's it, so tell me what you think!

A. All are good except for the CPU COOLER : hyper212 plus.

The Rosewill challenger casing you picked has a dimension:

Dimensions

18.50" x 7.48" x 17.08"

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153

both of our casing has a similar width, yours being 7.48 inches. And based on that, the maximum height of a cooler that your casing can accomodate is up to 6 inches while the hyper 212 plus has a height of 6.24 inches.

Heatsink Dimensions

120 x 79.7 x 158.5 mm (L x W x H)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

158.5 mm(H) = 15.85 cm / 2.54 cm = 6.24 inches.

The hyper212 plus might fit inside but chances are you wouldn't be able to attach one of the two side fans to have more space and it would also look ridiculously very big inside your casing. But performance wise, the hyper212 plus is indeed a good cooler.

For such a casing, it is better to get an aftermarket cooler that has a 92mm fan like this one for example:

ARCTIC Freezer 13 CO CPU Cooler - Intel & AMD, 200W Cooling Capacity, for 24/7 Operation - $30

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186065

This cpu cooler has a height of 5.1 inches =P
